Due to the nature and customization of fiberglass pools, returns or cancellations are not permitted once the purchase is confirmed.

Defective Products and Exchanges

If your pool has any manufacturing defects, you are eligible for an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please notify us immediately upon discovery of the defect so we can arrange inspection and replacement.

Maintenance After 30 Days

After the 30-day exchange period, any issues related to your pool will be addressed through our professional maintenance and repair services. We are committed to helping you keep your pool in perfect condition for years to come.
